Gracia Philemon, age 40, left, and his sister Marie Philemon, right, at Gracia Philemon's house. Gracia Philemon is sick with cholera. He started exhibiting symptoms early morning and at 1 PM he can't walk. When asked why he hasn't gone to the hospital he says "I don't have money to pay a motorcycle taxi to take me to the hospital". The hospital where cholera patients are being treated is about three kilometers away from where Philemon lies in front of his house.
