Reverend Pierre Altés prays in the ocean after baptising several congregants. Altés, from Port Au Prince, says "I just come here to baptize people. For a long time Titanyen was known to be a place where corpes were dumped, but now there are more police watching the road so that is not happening. But it is still an area where you want to be careful."
