Gracia Philemon, age 40, center, lies sick with cholera in front of his house. Philemon started exhibiting symptoms early morning and at 1 PM he can't walk. When asked why he hasn't gone to the hospital he says "I don't have money to pay a motorcycle taxi to take me to the hospital". The hospital where cholera patients are being treated is about three kilometers away from where Philemon sits in front of his house.
