Protesters, many of whom are supporters of Michel Martelly, throw rocks at UN troops and Haitan National Police who are guarding the Provisional Electoral Committee office on Delmas. UN troops shoot back at the protestors with rubber bullets, tear gas and flash grenades. Thousands of protestors take to the streets to protest the results of the January 28th election, which were announced last night.
